Cookie Policy
We believe in full transparency about the data we collect and how we use it. This policy explains every cookie and tracker on this website.
Contents
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit them. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide website owners with information about how their site is used.
Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device. Each cookie is unique to your web browser and contains anonymised information such as a unique identifier, the website name, and some digits and numbers.
Similar technologies — such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and tracking pixels — work in comparable ways to cookies and are also covered by this policy.
2. Cookies We Use
We use two categories of cookies on this website:
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. They do not collect any personal information that could be used for marketing. These cannot be disabled. They include:
- Security and infrastructure — set by Cloudflare to protect the site against malicious traffic and to ensure availability
- Consent record — a localStorage entry (
cl360_consent) we set on your device to remember your cookie preference so we don't ask you every visit - Session state — browser sessionStorage items used to control one-time UI elements (e.g. exit popup shown once per session)
Analytics (require consent)
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website. This helps us improve the content and user experience. These cookies are only set after you click "Accept all".
Legal basis: Consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. Full Cookie List
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies on this website. The advertising platforms we manage for clients (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) are used only within those platforms' own interfaces — not on this website.
4. Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage scripts and tracking on our website. GTM itself does not collect personal data — it is a tag management container that loads other scripts based on rules we configure.
We have implemented GTM Consent Mode v2. By default, when you first visit the site, all consent signals are set to denied. Google Analytics 4 — loaded via GTM — will not set cookies or collect data until you explicitly accept analytics cookies by clicking "Accept all".
If you select "Reject all", GTM continues to load (as technical infrastructure) but no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and no behavioural data is sent to Google.
GTM container ID: GTM-PT59JPQS

5. Cloudflare
Our website is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network (CDN). Cloudflare sets cookies for security and performance purposes that are classified as strictly necessary — they protect the site from automated attacks and ensure availability.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — ensuring the security and availability of the service.
Cloudflare's data retention for these cookies: 30 minutes to session duration. Cloudflare's privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
6. Third-Party Services
When you submit a contact or audit request form, your data is transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form submission service. Web3Forms does not set cookies on our website. See their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.
Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may collect basic request logs (IP address, browser) when fonts are requested. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Managing Your Preferences
You can manage analytics cookies at any time using the button above or the "Cookie Settings" link in our website footer. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key cl360_consent.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies and site permissions
Please note that blocking all cookies via your browser may affect the functionality of some websites.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8. Withdrawing Consent
If you have previously accepted analytics cookies, you can withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy as accepting it was. Use the buttons at the top of this page or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page.
After withdrawing consent:
- No new analytics data will be collected during future visits
- Existing data already collected by Google Analytics is subject to Google's own data retention settings (default: 2 months to 14 months, configurable by us). We have set our GA4 data retention to the minimum available.
- To request deletion of your previously collected data, contact us at hello@convertlab360.com
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do so.
For significant changes that affect your rights, we will display a notice on our website or re-show the consent banner.
